Some More Simplification for Recruiters!

  1. Recruiters now will be able to schedule interviews in the steps configured as evaluation steps by the admin user so that interviews are scheduled only in the steps that are meant for scheduling interviews. 

How would that appear?

Let’s say the interview step is configured to be the Technical interview step and me as a recruiter tries scheduling interview in the Sourcing or Screening step, the Evaluate action on the top right will be struck off indicating that the step is not the configured eval step.

So to set up an interview, move the candidate to the appropriate evaluation step and set up the interview.

2. Recruiters will now be able to track email notifications sent to the applicants and their statuses in the “Activity Log” under “Applicant Notifications” heading.


3. When rejecting a candidate, recruiters now can decide to notify the applicant regarding notification once rejection category/reason is selected. The applicant will receive the rejection notification in 4 hours.

4. The other enhancements/updates that went live is; Application age in days appears on the primary information placed besides the Application ID
